Save on energy costs
The Clean Air Plant (CAP™) is the first bio-hygienic air treatment system that works in real time, indoors or outdoors.
Compact and portable, CAP™ systems employ an advanced bio-filtration technology that miniaturizes the process of biological oxidation. These systems can be placed inside or outside.
Using natural microorganisms and their enzymes, the CAP destroys volatile organic compounds (VOCs), eliminates odors and fumes, and removes solids and particulates from the air. CAP provides a single technology that does not have to be combined with other systems for a complete solution to indoor air quality and industrial air emissions. Bio-hygienics is superior to carbon and thermal treatment and can be used in many different applications.
Employing a CAP can save companies thousands in costs every day by:
-Reducing or even eliminating costly air turnover/venting
-Lowering energy consumption
-Eliminating multiple treatment technologies
-Reducing maintenance activities
Industrial Air Emissions/Odor Control
Odor control is a major problem for many industries and their surrounding communities. Some processes mask odors, while others reduce odors. CAP destroys odors at the source through the bio-hygienic process. CAP can help you lower your costs and improve community relations.
Superior to Venting
Odors and contaminants that are persistent, travel on particulates. These particulates are electrically charged. Their motion is controlled by electrical fields not by air flow. CAP captures and destroys odors and contaminants in real time, saving energy, improving health and safety, and preventing pollution from being dispersed or displaced.
Superior to Carbon
CAP incorporates an advanced spiral-wound element design which eliminates channeling. CAP treats contaminants that carbon cannot, like polar compounds, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde. Carbon quickly becomes saturated requiring frequent attention. CAPs will eliminate carbon replacement costs, and can be used to regenerate the carbon bed.
Remediation/MTBE
Methyl Tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), BTX and other hydrocarbons are found in both soil and groundwater. Vapors stripped from soil in remediation projects can be captured and treated. CAP's have been used in conjunction with remediation systems to destroy all the vapors currently being released into the air.
